I work with individuals who are experiencing psychological distress for a variety of reasons, people who want to learn where they are, why and how to move forward.

 

Some of the common problems I help people with are anxiety, panic, over-thinking & worry, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder and post-traumatic stress.

 

If you are motivated and determined to develop an understanding of the patterns you are in, then I can help you build the coping strategies you will need to reduce your distress and psychological difficulty so that you can move forward with your life, make changes for life and maximize your potential.

Experience

I began my therapeutic professional studies at the University of Edinburgh. This gave me valuable skills and a great depth of knowledge of CBT and other therapies before focusing my attention on training specifically as a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist.

I have worked in multidimensional segments including roles as an HR Manager in complete corporate environment, giving sessions and therapies at various institutes and in corporate world.

CBT is the most effective therapy for treating the common psychological difficulties and challenges we face in life. I specialize in providing individual care and support to help clients address their problems.

My goal is to find a lasting solution for every client using the most up to date and proven strategies. As a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, my role is not just about treating the symptoms but getting to the root cause of the problem.

CBT is developed and designed for the every human being for aligning managing and directing their day to day thoughts which enhances the effectiveness and productivity of lives and also has outstanding results in improving peoples lives.

Compassion lies at the heart of my approach. I help clients to change how they think, by giving them long-term coping strategies and tools to break behavioral patterns.
